resolvePumpkinBinary(): Promise<string>

Returns the Pumpkin binary to test against: PUMPKIN_BIN if set, otherwise the pinned release, downloaded once into PUMPKIN_CACHE_DIR (default <repo>/.cache/pumpkin) and verified against the release's checksums.sha256.
