Pass the shared cache location to Turbo without exposing host-specific toolchain defaults.

Parameters

Environment inherited by the Turbo build.

preparedEnvironment

any

Environment returned by Hermes preparation.

Returns

any

The Turbo environment with the shared cache and preparation marker.
