Check whether the selected Turbo task graph contains a plugin that uses Static Hermes.

Parameters

Turbo's dry-run task graph.

root?

string = workspaceRoot

Workspace root used to resolve plugin manifests.

taskName?

string = 'build'

Turbo task name selected for the build.

Returns

any

Whether a selected build task belongs to a non-QuickJS plugin.
